IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) Treatment at Toronto Hypnotherapy and Pure Hypnoanalysis®

Successful treatment of IBS is available at Toronto Hypnotherapy using Pure Hypnoanalysis.  Affecting the digestive system, sufferers of IBS will usually have had the condition for a long period of time.  Its most common symptoms include frequent visit to the washroom, stomach pain and discomfort, bloating and cramping.  For many this condition will take control over their lives in as much as their lives are limited by how close they are to a washroom at any given time.  These symptoms usually worsen in times of stress.

While there are many theories as to the causes of IBS, it can be assumed by the success of Pure Hypnoanalysis that there is a psychological component.  Pure Hypnoanalysis is the process of discovering and releasing bottled-up unconscious emotions.  Once these bottled-up emotions are released, the symptoms of IBS disappear along with the released emotions.  Overall anxiety levels are diminished in this process, leaving the sufferer more relaxed in every aspect of their lives, which in turn directly affects the symptoms of IBS.

Pure Hypnoanalysis vs. Conventional Hypnotherapy

Conventional Hypnotherapy (also known as suggestion therapy) is the process wherein the hypnotist gives suggestions for the betterment of their clients.  Suggestion like "you will feel more relaxed in situations that used to previously upset you" would be given.  Suggestion therapy is a quick fix and the suggestions given will usually last about a month.  It does not tackle the root cause of the symptoms (the bottled-up emotions), thus long term results are not to be expected.

Many Hypnotherapists also use some form of regression techniques (going back to the root cause).  Unfortunately these techniques rely on therapist insight, where the therapist is looking for the root of the problem often times leading the client.  These techniques rarely get to the actual root of the problem and often times the client is led to experiences well before they are ready, which is hardly therapeutic.

Pure Hypnoanalysis is the very best therapy in the world at releasing bottled-up unconscious emotions that are directly affecting your IBS.  This process is does not rely on therapist insight, where you are led to what the therapist thinks your problem is.  It is a unique process that allows you to bring bottled-up emotions to the surface in a safe and natural way.  This is a life-long solution and not a quick fix to your problem.

Pure Hypnoanalysis vs. Other Conventional Therapies

Conventional therapies such as counseling, psychotherapy, NLP, EFT, etc, only ever deal with the symptoms of your problem and rarely get to the actual root cause.  Pure Hypnoanalysis not only gets to the root of your problem, but enhances so many other area of your life that were affected by these bottled-up emotions.

What Is the Success Rate for Pure Hypnoanalysis

For almost 25 years Members of the International Association of Pure Hypnoanalysis have been treating around 250,000 people each year around the world. This past year saw us complete our first research study to help us assess the effectiveness of our therapy. The results of that study can be found by clicking the link below:
